  • Check your confirmation email and download the intake form (doing it in advance gives you the most amount of time to relax during the treatment).

  • Please note that sessions that aren't canceled with at least 24 hours' notice are still due. This helps other patients get treatment when they need it! Being mindful is a nice way we can all participate in taking care of the community.

  • Wear loose, comfy clothes if possible.
